Holara Privacy Policy

1. Terms

1.1 This document is part of the terms of service between end-users of Holara and the Holara platform. 'Holara' is used to refer to the company and its provided service(s) for the remainder of this document.

1.2 This section of the terms only covers information on our privacy policy, involving the data that we store on you and your rights with respect to that data.

2. Data collected from you

2.1 Holara attempts to ensure that data collected from you is minimal. Below are details on what information is collected.

2.2 When you create a Holara account, we store the email address you provide, in addition to your hashed password.

2.3 If you create your Holara account via a third-party provider such as Discord, your email address and Discord ID are stored.

2.4 When you view a page on the Holara platform, such as the guide or account page, that action is stored for the purpose of analytics.

2.5 When you generate an image with Holara, the parameters used to generate that image are stored, such as the image resolution number of sampling steps, and image prompt if you have prompt history enabled.

2.6 You can disable all prompt information from being saved by setting the 'Prompt History' toggle to off on the image generation page.

2.7 You may delete any prompt information, including favorites, that is stored on our servers from your account page. This action cannot be undone.

2.8 You may delete your account at any time from your account page. This action cannot be undone.

2.9 While using the web application, basic browser information including your IP address and user agent are stored in server logs. These logs are regularly deleted and are not used for any analytics whatsoever, but may be used for debugging or security assessment.

2.10 Our payment processor, Stripe, collects data from you that you provide when you make a purchase or subscribe to a plan with Holara. Holara itself does not store any credit card data.

2.11 Holara uses Plausible Analytics to collect analytic information about users of our service. You may view these terms here.

3. Your rights to your data

3.1 If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with data protection laws such as Europe or California, you have all rights granted to you within those respective laws. Please send any relevant requests to [email protected].

3.2 Regardless of your legal jurisdiction, you may delete your account and its associated information at any time from your account page. This action cannot be undone.
